Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Adskel", "we", "us" and "our" mean Adskel (i Smart). "You" means the person or business using Adskel. "Service" means the Adskel website, web app and related features. "Credits" means AI Credits and Candidate Unlock Credits. "Output" means images, videos, text and other content the Service generates for you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and use Adskel for a business.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your login and for everything done through your account. Do not share logins.

3. Subscriptions, Credits and billing

• Plans are Adskel PLUS and Adskel PRO, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Each plan includes AI Credits per billing cycle. Unused AI Credits expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over.
• Candidate Unlock Packs are one-time purchases available to Salon, Spa and Beauty Parlour accounts.
• Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Yearly plans run for 12 months from activation.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Website design and launch service

• Adskel designs and launches a business website for you (the Website Service) for ₹10,000 including GST. Adskel PRO yearly plans include one website at no extra charge.
• The Website Service includes a free .in or .com domain when its first-year registrar price is below US$11.12. The domain is registered in the name and details you provide. If your chosen name is not available, we will offer alternatives.
• You approve the design before we build it. We add your content and basic SEO research for your city and category.
• We aim to launch within 30 minutes after payment and domain confirmation. Website launch may take up to 24 hours, depending on the website category and the content required.
• Websites are built and hosted by Adskel under the Adskel brand. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices and claims shown on your website.

5. Your content and the permissions you give us

You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text and other material you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that material only to provide the Service to you.

You confirm you have the right to upload it, including consent from any person who appears in it.

6. Output: who owns what

You own the Output created for your business, subject to the rights of third parties. Library music, stock assets and templates remain owned by their licensors and may be used only inside your Output as provided by the Service.

7. Generated content: accuracy, review and responsibility

AI can make mistakes. Review every caption, price, claim and image before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish, schedule or send.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Adskel available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features.

Meta, Google and WhatsApp terms apply to those platforms. Changes by those platforms are beyond our control, and Adskel is not responsible for their decisions, reach or account actions.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the Service. You must keep confidential any non-public information about Adskel you receive.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Adskel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if the law requires it. Records the law requires us to keep, such as GST invoices, are retained.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of reach, followers, engagement, sales, reviews or hiring outcomes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Adskel for claims, losses and costs caused by your content, your published posts, your messages to customers or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new date at the top and notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.
