Agent role and responsibilities

Field agents introduce Adskel to business owners, show demos, and help owners sign up. Agents represent Adskel honestly and professionally.

Lead data

Lead data is used only for Adskel sales. Agents save an owner's mobile number only with the owner's permission, and confirm this in the app each time.

Pricing and promises

Agents make no promises beyond the published price list and features.

Commissions

Commissions are earned on the first paid order of a referred business and reversed if a refund is approved for that order. Rates are set by Adskel and paid in monthly batches.

Conduct at shop visits

Be respectful, visit during business hours, do not disturb customers, and leave when asked. Adskel does not track agents' live location; agents add manual visit notes only.

Identity checks

Agents complete the identity checks Adskel requires before activation.
