1. Content you must not create or publish

• Fake reviews or fake testimonials
• Content that breaks Meta or Google rules
• Illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content
• False health or medical claims

2. Real people

• Do not use anyone's likeness without their written permission.
• Do not impersonate any person or business.
• Do not use candidate photos or details for anything other than hiring.

3. Messaging and personal data

• Send WhatsApp and SMS messages only to people who agreed to receive them.
• Include an opt-out in every message.
• Do not use purchased or scraped contact lists.

4. Using the platform

• No scraping
• No bypassing credits or limits
• No reverse engineering
• No shared logins

5. Automated publishing

Stay within platform rules and posting limits, and review automated content before and after it goes live.

6. Consequences

We may warn you, remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and report to authorities where the law requires.

7. Reporting

Report misuse to Support@Adskel.com or use the Report button on any candidate profile or post.
