What candidates share
Candidates consent to sharing their first name, photo, state, city, role, salary range, age and mobile number for hiring.
Masked until unlocked
Adskel shows only masked contact details until an owner unlocks a profile with a credit.
How owners may use candidate data
- Only to consider and contact candidates for employment.
- Owners may not sell, share, publish or use candidate data for marketing.
- Owners must follow labour and anti-discrimination laws.
Withdrawal and removal
Candidates can withdraw consent and request removal, which takes effect within 48 hours. Adskel may remove any profile.
Violations
Violations lead to suspension.
