Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Adskel is a digital service, delivered from the moment your account is activated.

Cancelling a subscription

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current month is not refunded.

Refunds

• Once a service is opted (any monthly or yearly plan, any Candidate Unlock Pack, or any other paid service), no refund is applicable.
• Yearly plans only: send a refund request by email to Support@Adskel.com within 24 hours of payment. No refund is granted after 24 hours.
• If approved, one month's plan price is deducted (₹999 for PLUS, ₹1,999 for PRO), and ₹100 is deducted for each Candidate Unlock Credit used. The balance is refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
• Candidate Unlock Credits given free with a yearly PRO plan have no cash value and are withdrawn when a refund is approved.
• Worked example: a yearly PRO payment of ₹23,988 with 10 unlocks returns ₹20,989.
• Candidate Unlock Packs and AI credits are never refundable.

Credits

AI credits and Candidate Unlock Credits have no cash value. Credits returned for failed generations are not a refund. Unused monthly AI credits expire at cycle end. Candidate Unlock Credits expire 12 months after they are granted.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a user's rights under applicable consumer protection law in India.
