Delete your account in the app

Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm with the OTP sent to your mobile number.

Delete by email

Email Support@Adskel.com from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account.

Remove Adskel from Instagram or Facebook

You can also remove Adskel from your Instagram or Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. When you do, we remove the stored connection tokens.

What happens next

Adskel deletes personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as GST invoices and refund records. You receive a confirmation with a reference code.
